On December 21st, Eminem will be refilling his prescription. And just as fans/critics started to spread rumors… Relapse 2 is still on it’s way.

“I want to deliver more material for the fans this year like I originally planned” Eminem says. “Hopefully these tracks on The Refill will tide the fans over until we put out Relapse 2 next year”. Eminem has been busy in the studio creating even more new material since Relapse was released. “I got back in with Dre and then a few more producers, including Just Blaze, and went in a completely different direction which made me start from scratch. The new tracks started to sound very different than the tracks I originally intended to be on Relapse 2, but I still want the other stuff to be heard.”

But nobody knows at this point, with the different direction Em has took for R2, it could be on that or Refill

It depends on what the subject is, i mean Em said R2 is more emotionally driven and its different than what his original plan for R2 was, so it depends on what Em has kept for R2 and what he decided to scrap, and i get the feeling the 5 songs are R2 songs that was scrapped

But R2 was a continuation of R1, dunno if it still is now, so the scrapped songs would be on the same level as what R1 was
